A wonderful experience!
It was nice to sample 2 of the cold brew teas, Blueberry and Pomegranate, prior to purchasing. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service.
Came here the other day to look around and ended up purchasing some tea and a tea infuser. Tea is great, but when I got home I opened up the infuser and it was not in the box. I don't want to complain and rate low but I pretty much picked up every box and they were as light as the one I purchased so I did not bother opening to check if it was inside. That being said, I know if I went back I'd get the infuser/my money back so I'm not rating insanely low, but as someone who does not have enough time in the week to return promp... read more
First time coming in and I was genuinely impressed! Excellent service from Theodora she was super friendly and really helpful in guiding me to exactly what I needed. The tea was delicious, and the overall experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
