An absolutely lovely experience each time I’ve gone. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their tea tasting class was fun and informative as well.
The tea and spice selection is amazing, and the staff are very friendly. I especially like that you can order a hot or iced tea to-go. Just remember the order will take a few minutes since they use quality loose leaf tea!
Mom needed a new teapot! got some loose teas and some accessories as well mini tongs and tea deeper. Alex was helpful with giving us a rundown of the products and layout and his favorites as a guide. We alsograbbed a seafood bowl from poke poke on the way out to go. also curbside meter parking can order fresh brewed drinks in store and earn rewards for frequent shopping
The ambiance and customer service at this establishment are exceptional. They provide some of the finest teas and spices I have ever experienced! Among my favorites are the Crème Brûlée and Jade Cloud teas, which I wholeheartedly recommend trying. Typically, I prefer to add honey and/or sugar to my tea, but the remarkable quality of their selections makes it unnecessary.
