We purchased 6 basic spices by refilling our own jars (standard size), and the total was nearly $100. We weren’t given an itemized receipt, so we have no idea what the cost per spice was. We always want to support small businesses and reduce waste, but this is an outrageous price to pay for something that you could get for $20 elsewhere…
Went into the Fort Collins store and the service was very disappointing. Mind you I am a Hispanic woman and felt very ignored. No asked if I needed help unlike with the other customers the workers were more than happy to help. I had to reach out for help and I felt like I was a bother to them. I didn't even know they had samples of a flavor to try until I asked a worker but with the other customers the workers offered them the sample without them asking. The lady that ran the store had great customer service skills. She helped you look for all your needs. She went above and beyond any of the store that I've been in for customer service
