I can’t say enough good things about this place. The customer service is amazing. I mean it seems so hard nowadays to find a place where people actually “enjoy” their jobs, but this place is not one of them. A few weeks ago when I was in Fernandina Beach I was not expecting to find this gem of an establishment! If you’re into tea or spices prepare to step into paradise. I nearly broke the bank buying a vast assortment of loose leaf teas that have become apart of my morning ritual—and I have no regrets. I just want to share a recent trip my family and I had at our favorite tea shop in Fernandina Beach, Fl. We have always enjoyed our trips to Fernandina and eventually wound up our day with a cup of fresh tea at the Spice and Tea Exchange. An aromatic experience. The shop has an amazing variety of loose-leaf teas, spices, and unique blends, and everything smells incredible the moment you walk in. The staff is super friendly and full of light. They offers sample while guiding you to the massive flavors offered. All blends are made in-house. Treat yourself or Bless someone. Absolutely worth the visit.
