The owner is such a lovely lady. She's welcoming and very helpful if you have any questions. Not only can you smell the big jars, she crushes stuff up for you, if you have a hankering to try something.
Karen alert! 🚨 I visited this store today with the intention of making a purchase. While perusing the overpriced items, I noticed that the store clerk left the register and started following -and staring disapprovingly, at my family without reason other than the fact that we’re a blended family and the only POC there. Very nice spot and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I came in with a picture of a tea that I’ve tried once and the sales lady was able to help me find two that were similar! Reasonably priced as well.
Wide selection of teas, sugar, salts and spices. Smells amazing in there, and only had 1 or 2 items over the last 6 years I didn't like, which is an amazing track record!!
I got the black truffle garlic seasoning. It smells great and I can’t wait to use it. The lady working the shop was super helpful and nice. Huge plus that you can smell all the spices before purchasing. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m in Duck.
