Very disappointed in the service at the tea bar. We ha e been before and bought loose leaf tea for home but this experience made we not want to go back. The girl was very rude and unfriendly. I understand having a bad day but this was ridiculous. I will not return due to her. The visit was June 21 at 8:25. As a business owner myself I would be ashamed with the way she treated customers.
I used to love this store. It was such a unique and fun place to shop. However recently when Ive gone in the energy of the people working feels like they dont want to be there or help. The worst person I have interacted with recently was Victor. He was very rude and condesending. Made me feel like i was bothering him by just asking for help. The tea exchange is one of my favorite shops to visit at Disney Springs!! Seth who works there was also very kind and very friendly. Love visiting and seeing what new spices to buy!!
I currently have an overfilled tea pantry at home (yes - I have a pantry dedicated to teas, spices, and baking supplies) so I didn’t need to add anything new. My daughter was thirsty so I ordered her an iced white tea blend with lemon flavoring. What a disappointment! It tasted like grass with zero lemon flavor. The positives were that there was more than enough ice to water down the grass overtones. Service was a bit surly too. Not worth almost $7.
