This store smells absolutely amazing as soon as you walk through the doors. There is so much variety, it's very hard to choose. I did pick up a pewter spoon. Highly recommend visiting this store if in disney springs.
Wide variety of tea and spices, but took 10 minutes for one single person to come up and ask if I needed any help or if I was finding everything OK meanwhile there was about six people on the floor working customer service can definitely be improved.
I had a great experience here! The service was great, from the kind welcome when ordering drinks to having a employee help me pick out a tea blend for myself and a friend of mine. I was also able to maneuver around the store freely without bumping into things constantly with my wheelchair. Overall a great experience with employees, and amazing smelling tea.
Heather was very helpful. She answered all my questions and was able to get me everything I need. I will definitely come back and ask for her help. Everyone beware of Heather, she’s the nicest employee.
I went here on my last day of vacation. Me and my family were very happy with the warm and welcoming atmosphere and good customer service. They even let us smell the herbs and spices so we know which ones we wanted. It’s a must stop place if in Disney Springs.
