I came in the other day out of curiosity and the assistant manager Isaac made me the most delicious drink at the tea bar, and helped me pick out some interesting blends. Don’t drink tea often but this store makes me want to experience more!

From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and so passionate about the different blends and spices. I had a wonderful experience with my friends at The Spice and Tea Exchange earlier today. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. As it was our first time, Isaac helped us understand how the store worked and had great recommendations. Overall, a great spot to explore new flavors and enjoy something new!
recently went to disney springs and came across this store, i went to get myself a little crisp drink because of all the walking. at the tea bar area victor helped me with choosing an iced tea that i loved because i was indecisive and it was refreshing! he also told me about the store and was very knowledgeable with their products. victor was an exceptional employee who provided amazing customer service! i will definitely be back :)
The service and staff at this location were exceptional! I especially enjoyed the hospitality Victor showed me the whole time I was there. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely be coming back, make sure Victor is there though! He’s the best!
