Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience here. The tea we ordered was extremely watered down, and we were incorrectly charged for three teas instead of the two we ordered. I had to return to the store to receive a credit for the overcharge. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and I will not be coming back.
I came in here to find something for my grandma who loves tea. I was overwhelmed with all the options to choose from and Jeff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what my grandma likes and was able to help me pick out a few things for her! I truly wouldn’t have known what to get if he didn’t help me!
We visit this store often living in florida. When we were recently there I received my Disney discount. The gal didn’t ask if I was a rewards person and I was so busy getting my card out l forgot. I said something after she said there was nothing she could do. Not sure why she didn’t offer to exchange and then add points. Customer service was terrible. Not sure if I will return. So disappointed they usually ask and she just seemed to be in a rush. No one was behind me.
