Its a little overwhelming at first because there is so much to look at and try. On the other hand, there's so much to look at and sample you can spend a whole day in there. Lots of variety and wonderful samples. Customer service was exceptional and happy to help. Can't wait to go back when we visit SC again.
I absolutely love the Tea & Spice Exchange in Charleston! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Their selection is incredible, and I especially appreciate that they carry organic looseleaf teas—such a treat for tea lovers like me! The shop has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to explore and discover something new every time. A must-visit in Charleston if you’re into spices, teas, or unique flavors!
Lots of options and very informative staff
We were introduced to this store on a walking food tour. The samples and products are very good and unique. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating. A special shout out to Vincent.
