Came here with my boyfriend and his friends, the smell was a bit overwhelming but I got use to it quick and we were immediately approach warmly and asked if we’d ever been, we said no, and she kindly explained to us the teas, sugars, and home mixes. Very friendly, and welcoming to all us. Attentive to me at appropriate times, (me being particularly alone-ish when shopping) lady (medium long hair, blonde) at the back desk did a great job making the teas for my friends and I had a sip of there’s and it tasted really good.
