100% coming back… I had high expectations based on other reviewers, but… wowww! Despite my initial discomfort and misgivings, my mind was blown about how smooth and friction free the whole process was, as Rosalie guided me through everything with a deft, expert touch.
Nekia was phenomenal - 10/10 service and gave that human touch in a process that can feel so overwhelming and confusing.
