Absolutely incompetent attorney. I paid retainer in full, he ended up filing lawsuit but didn’t read how much this court charge and told me completely different amount and it’s ended up a LOT more! So I had to stop the process. He is ignoring me for the past 2 months , calls , emails. I want my money back from the retainer

Counselor Richard Spence. Experienced, Professional and, Diligent. Stands his ground and he will fight and defend you. I'm a Father who didn't believe or trust. But this guy gave Me His word and has held True to it in All situations for My daughter and I to remain together. A Very Kind Gentleman who knows his profession and when to Go Hard. A One Man Gang. You are definitely not alone with this guy by your side. Pay Attention and Listen to Him.
I paid in full. My ex-wife kept me from getting better. When I was all good. (2 years later) My ex-wife took total advantage of my state of mind. I ended up accepting just $100,000 I has supposed to get 1/2 of the property ($220,000). The house is $440,000. She took total advantage of me. I called Mr Spence, and instead of helping me, he washed his hands. Horrible Lawyer!
