Richard Spence has been my attorney for over a year in a super complicated matter involving super high-powered attorneys in Miami and an ex-wife dedicated to me not seeing my son. This firm may appear small, but I can assure you - it is mighty. Absolutely incompetent attorney. I paid retainer in full, he ended up filing lawsuit but didn’t read how much this court charge and told me completely different amount and it’s ended up a LOT more! So I had to stop the process. He is ignoring me for the past 2 months , calls , emails. I want my money back from the retainer
