I have bought two bikes from Speedshop this year, very patient and never pushy. It took me over a year to finally decide to upgrade and what bike I wanted. I bought a Felt FR2 disc in March and I’m really a fan of disc brakes and electronic shifting now. I have ridden the Felt approximately 2300 miles and have had my fastest ride. I bought my first proper carbon road bike recently. Dave and the entire staff were excellent, helping me to educate myself on all the options and pertinent considerations before purchasing. They were helpful answering all my questions and offering suggestions. They really went out of their way to understand my cycling needs in a no pressure and relaxed atmosphere. Best bike shop period. Dave and team are great folks to work with on anything MTB. Very knowledgeable, and never trying to upsell or push you into something different. The Speedshop has another customer for life even though the commute from Charlotte is painful. Thanks guys!
Had to get an emergency shifter cable repair today for my son's bike right before a triathlon and the guys at Speedshop did it in a jiffy! They were awesome when we were panicked and had the cable replaced in no time!
