My father took his 2014 silverado here due to having a afm lifter failure in the beginning of 2023. He wanted to get a dod/afm delete done which included a cam, lifters, oil pump, timing set, oil pan gasket, and other odds and ends. Truck came back the first time not running right which we expected due to needing a tune. We had the ecm sent out to a tuner and when we reinstalled the tuned ecm, the truck still didn't want to run. Transaction was smooth until you have a problem with the product. I purchased an air intake from them because they were selling it for half of the retail price. After I installed it, engine light showed up. They claimed that's because my car needs to be tuned for the new intake, and that's 100% incorrect because aFe intakes are designed to be plug-and-play so they don't know much about their products/modifying cars.
