Dr. Was great, very professional and knowledgeable, so 2 stars for him.However, the sales side lost 3 stars because the new glasses were terrible!! I paid extra for scratch protection, and less than 3 months, they are badly scratched, and these are work glasses. Save your money and frustrations and get your prescription, but don't waste your money getting frames there. Service was not good, I've worn glasses most of my life and the service was poor. Well, I bought two pair of glasses. My regular glasses for home are just fine but the glasses I got for my work that they made they were too light not heavy.
