They did great honoring the warranty on my old lenses where the coating was flaking off. However, I had to take my glasses to another location to get the replacement lenses installed because Wick didn't know how to install lenses into rimless glasses. At one point, he told me it would take an entire day to install. I spoke with another optician that said it shouldn't take more than 20min to install. RecommendedHad some difficulty with a staff member making promises he couldn't keep. But Wick took care of everything and was honest about everything.
