Had my knee done April this . Best thing I ever did so happy with my results. Dr Cohen Is the best and I’m very very grateful for fixing my left knee .
Absolutely wonderful. From the welcoming reception through to the surgeon and surgery and the follow-up consultation could not be faulted.
Reception was rude and condescending on the phone but thought I’d ignore it and go for my intake consult as I was desperate. I had an appointment booked for 1:10pm and they didn’t even get to me until 1:50pm !! The “specialist” spent 8 minutes telling me what I already know. I was also asked to get an xray when I have already had multiple which are available on my record. I was charged $275 for this which I believe is extremely unfair and unjust.
