I’ve used this flower shop before and they’ve done amazing..BUT whoever is answering those phones has a serious attitude problem. There was confusion with the person of contact because of me wanting the delivery to be a surprise. I 100% understand the confusion but I don’t understand why attitude was needed. I also called back to let her know what time said person would be home (4pm) and seemed to be a little whiny about how late the delivery would be? I ordered 30 roses a teddy bear and a card from these people!! I got 26 roses and got 26 and a card that didn't say what it was supposed to say! The card said I can and can't wait to be your husband and was argued with and told there was nothing that could be done! I would not recommend getting flowers from this place!!
Absolutely amazing flower delivery. They were actually early and absolutely beautiful.
