Went today to the store as I sat on my glasses and damaged the frame, the male staff had helped me fix it and guided me. Very polite and helpful. Didn’t charge for this service. Thank you.
Had an awesome experience. Friendly staff and friendly optometrist. Terry helped me pick a wonderful frame for my glasses. I gave him some criteria for which frame I wanted and he chose the most perfect frame for me. The optometrist, Peter was very professional and nice. He quickly but efficiently tested my eye sight with great manners. Will 100% recommend to come here to all my friends and family.
My partner and I had a great experience at The Spec Clinic recently. All the staff members at the store are very friendly and welcoming. Big shout-out to Terry, the store manager, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process of ordering my contact lenses so quick and easy.
