The optometrist was calm and nice. I felt comfy during the eye test. Manager and staff were so friendly that I could easily choose my fav glasses! 🫶🏻 :)

The most friendly and accommodating clinic I’ve been to in Sydney. They truly go above and beyond for their customers and greet you with a smile every time. Highly recommend!

I hade big expectations for them but the only thing that I got out off it was waste of time and lots of money . I paid around $ 1140 for a pair of only lenses and I’m not going to wear them because they did not make them properly. I’m sorry again but if anyone wants to visit there store please think before going . The only person that I liked in there is the manager very great guy. .

최대한 갭차지가 없는 제품을 부탁드리자 무례하고 팔리지않는 제품을 추천해줌. 크레딧을 사용하여 제품을 구매할경우 조심해야함. 크레딧을 사용못하게 설명을 함. 예를들어, 저희가 작년에 쌓아둔 크레딧이 있었음. 저의 크레딧을 와이프의 선그라스 사용에 사용하고자 했더니 이런저런 핑계를 대며 안된다고 함. 그래서 조목조목따지자 자기가 착각했다고 하면서 해줌. 위에 일이 있고나서 갑자기 친절해짐. 마지맛 95불크레딧도 90불만 적용해줌. 5불 때문에 얼굴 븕히기 싫어서 걍 냅둠. 우리가족 검안기록 전부 출력해달라고 함. 다시는 안갈거임. 전 소비자를 기만하는데는 안감. 육년동안 다녔는데 사장님이 바뀐건지 한 일이년 전부터 이런일이 있는듯함. 여기 가격이 조금비싼거 알면서도 그냥 이런저런 편의성때문에 감안하고 가는 건데, 사장님이 소비자들도 알고도 비싼가격에 산다는걸 모르시는듯. 특히, 한국산 안경테라고 소개해주시는 것들은 한국에서 항공배송받는 가격보다도 비싼거 아는 데 소비자들이 그냥 사준다는 것을 모르시는듯. 여튼 다시는 안감.
