Had my cat boarded here for a 19 day stay and just picked her up. Not once during her stay did I get any updates on how she was doing or pics sent of how she was there despite being told at dropoff that they would be updating me. I even called and asked how she was since she was pretty nervous when I dropped her off and once again a staff member said they would update me and send pics over her stay. Nothing. All I got was a "sorry about that". I paid over $1000 for her boarding and get that type of service and in return for ... read more
Owner is rude and pretends she’s a vet on the business’s Facebook page. She gives out dangerous advice with no credentials. I would not trust her to care for my pet.
I take my dog here every 6 weeks for grooming and wow, they do incredible work!! My dog always comes back bouncy and happy! Thank you
They took great care of my dog and the staff are very kind and thoughtful
