My son went there for about a year. Took him in middle school to boost him for HS sports. Coach DJ got him in very good shape and helped him discover a lot about his strengths and weaknesses. He got quicker stronger and more confident. He is doing very well in HS wrestling and soccer. Recommended for athletes with that ilk.
