Only been broke in once , so far!
A friend of mine had this storage facility and made every payment on time for an entire year. When she ran into trouble with income due to Covid she called to see if they could waive the late penalty as she was getting a check and would be able to pay the missed month as well as the next month so she could stay on top of the payments going forward (she gets paid monthly a few days after the due date).
