I have been going to the space for over 10 years and have had exceptional service and it’s time for me to write a review. This is such a professional place to get color, developer, education etc. The customer service I have experienced over all these years has been award winning in my book. Any questions I have had were answered right away and the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I get all the products I need. They make me feel welcome and like my customers matter to them. Came in with a group of other cosmetology students. We were so excited and hopeful for a nice expirience, but we were treated like trash. Felt unwelcome from the minute we walked in even though they knew we were coming... we were told not to touch anything or open anything for smells. I felt like i couldnt even lift a product to read the back. The tour at the end felt last minute and thrown together. None of us will probably go back. Its a shame.
