They have been there to answer any questions we may have, and to help us with keeping our water chemistry where it needs to be. They are wonderful to work with, and they are always friendly. We have had a great experience with everyone we have encountered on the team. The showroom has two separate rooms set up like a spa experience, and we tried four different tubs to help us make a decision on which configuration would serve us best. We visited several different spa dealers around the Green Bay and Valley. To be honest, none compared to the Spa Team. Hunter was hands down the most knowledgeable sales rep out there. Absolutely no pressure sales, answered all of our questions and provided great customer service. Even offered a test soak with a drink! We are more than happy with our Hot Springs Pulse spa.
