The Spa Team continues to provide excellent service. I purchased a used hot tub from someone on Marketplace, he had purchased the tub from The Spa Team. So I contacted them to move it to my house. They answered all my questions and got it scheduled. The day of delivery went smoothly, with updates the whole time. They walked me through a few things and made sure I was happy. When you purchase a hot tub you are really purchasing the service of the location you buy it from. The folks at Spa Team are always extremely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or issues. Recently I called about a service appointment and there was limited availability in the next week or so. They fit me in just a day later between other service calls and Jeff provided an expert and efficient visit. I would 100% recommend them!
