Kyle and Candace sure know what they’re doing. They sell a phenomenal product and the service is second to none. We have never had better service in any dealings as we have had with them. Highly, highly recommend Spa Spot.
Bought a new tub from here. They took away the old one and set the new one up for me. The owner gave me his number and said call anytime you have issues with your water. True to his word, I sent him a message about an issue I had and he called me within 15 minutes and walked me through the problem. You’re not just getting a tub here, you’re getting ongoing personal support. Best service I’ve ever had. Thanks Kyle! You rock.

Bought our hot tub from Kyle and he was great to deal with, very informative and knowledgeable. We have had nothing but great experiences and service from Spa Spot . We bought our tub from them in 2022 and never any issues with them. Kyle was highly recommended to us and I definitely highly recommend them to anyone in the market who is looking for a hot tub! We had a fabulous experience with the Spa Spot! We had looked at Hot Tubs about 5 years ago but weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We visited Tyler this year and we're absolutely sold on the tub and service provided. An amazing job done by Kyle, Candace, Tyler and the guys that came and installed everything.
