Bought our hot tub from Kyle and he was great to deal with, very informative and knowledgeable. We have had nothing but great experiences and service from Spa Spot . We bought our tub from them in 2022 and never any issues with them. Kyle was highly recommended to us and I definitely highly recommend them to anyone in the market who is looking for a hot tub! We had a fabulous experience with the Spa Spot! We had looked at Hot Tubs about 5 years ago but weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We visited Tyler this year and we're absolutely sold on the tub and service provided. An amazing job done by Kyle, Candace, Tyler and the guys that came and installed everything. Nothing but great things to say and share with my purchase and follow up from The Spa Spot in west Edmonton. From the first visit a year and a half ago, Ryan was so helpful and informative with all the questions I had. It never felt like a sales pitch or an upsell type of process.
