Met Kyle and his team at the home show this year as we needed a new hot tub. We found the one we liked and then went to the new Spa Spot on the west end. They are extremely helpful and really do go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. I had several inquiries about power needs and Kyle went well above expectations in getting me what I needed. using our hot tub now and it is miles above the one we use to have (series 481).
