One day I will be able to get a spa from you guys. What I'm really here to say is your little man is getting so big. I look forward to seeing your commercial. Don’t wast your time or money on this place!!! My sister bought a pool hot tub combo she lives a couple of hours out of Edmonton , service was crap the guy who came to to service tub was a loser couldn’t wait to get out of there , she’s had her system for approximately 5 years and every winter drained and put antifreeze in the lines but every summer when it’s time to fill the tub/pool she has broken lines that froze ! Satpal was patient, extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions over a number of months, and helped guide us to the tub that was perfect for our family. We purchased a swim spa from Spa Spot this year, it’s been installed for almost a month now. The customer service has been great from purchase to delivery. We had a slight snafu with our electrical permit but Spa Spot, the electrician and the manufacturer got everything sorted quickly. Myself and my family are enjoying our new spa!
