My sister bought a pool hot tub combo she lives a couple of hours out of Edmonton , service was crap the guy who came to to service tub was a loser couldn’t wait to get out of there , she’s had her system for approximately 5 years and every winter drained and put antifreeze in the lines but every summer when it’s time to fill the tub/pool she has broken lines that froze ! We purchased a swim spa from Spa Spot this year, it’s been installed for almost a month now. The customer service has been great from purchase to delivery. We had a slight snafu with our electrical permit but Spa Spot, the electrician and the manufacturer got everything sorted quickly. Myself and my family are enjoying our new spa!
We bought a hot tub from Spa Spot 8 years ago now. Our tub still looks brand new and the level of service and expertise afterwards is what really counts. They are always available to trouble shoot and provide top notch service! So glad we purchased from them!
