We have 10 year old hot tub that the previous owners of our house purchased. In this time frame, we have had one leak which was easy and reasonably priced to fix. Spa spot was able to promptly respond to me over the weekend, reassure me and fix right away. Kyle and his team were excellent
Customer service and quality is superior!! We never had any issues with our hot tub .We sold our house last summer. It’s been a long winter without our hot tub . Today we’re going back to spa spot to purchase another hot tub can’t wait
I must say, had my hot tub for over 3 years and the service is top notch. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. We had a technician here today, sorry don't remember your name, the man with the long hair....lol. He is very professional, and his customer service skills are top notch. Highly recommend!
There is NO way you could be disappointed with the Service you get at the Spa Spot. It was my wife and I’s first tub, and a major purchase in our eyes. Of course we shopped around for the best deal. However, the “cheapest” is NOT what we look for. The service, understanding, and availability is key for us. Can you get a spa cheaper somewhere else? I know you can. From start to finish Kyle and Tyler were awesome they explained everything and answered any questions we had and no pressure to buy. Flexible install dates. The two guys (tub Jesus) that came out were very knowledgeable and explained how everything works. I highly recommend Spa Spot 5 stars isn't enough.
