Wonderful massage and facial You know, anyone can make a mistake. I've been to this spa a number of times. I have aways felt that I got great service at reasonable prices. After reading a review such as yours, it doesn't discourage me from trying a place. It just makes me reallize that some people cannot be pleased regardless of effort.
A great place I think people who attack a business online is very onesided and childish. I work at Spa on Broadway and enjoy my job very much however we do see people who are impossible to please. As many people that have come through our doors unfortunatly there are some that will not let us correct our mistakes. To anyone who reads this please look at our website online and we gladly donate to charities. Thank you and have SPA day!
Positive feedback from a happy mom! I went to the Broadway spa as a wonderful Mother's day suprise. My experience there was very comfortable, relaxing, and very enjoyable. The staff goes out of their way to please you and our so friendly. While the spa is small and not like the larger commercial spas I am used to (like in Atlantic City) I enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and the services were tailored to fit my needs which was something you will never get at a larger spa. Disrespectful Horrible service. wouldn't recommend. We had an appointment and didn't find out until we arrived that they didn't have enough therapists b/c one of them was too busy at a party and couldn't make it!!! Very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time or your hard earned money with this place
