Such a Disappointment! Booking - I rang 6 different times just to try and book in. I even had to ring the front desk twice to email someone in the spa to ring me back to book my already paid for gift spa day! 3 weeks later I had my day... THE FACILITIES - Only one small towel given, no robe or slippers, only a few seats in swimming area. So don't bother bringing a book. When we arrived to use the leisure facilities to start our relaxing spa day there was an aqua aerobics class going on with the music blaring. Part of the pool was roped off making it all abit of a squash to swim. Robes aren't supplied and the spa isn't close by to the leisure facilities.
