I highly regret purchasing a new spa from this dealer just over 3 years ago. Good luck if you ever need any type of service. Their sales department was great, informative, eager to help. Their service department is a whole different story. They will only schedule service via text messaging. They only service the Sacramento Valley M-F before 12PM. Customer contacted us on 10/3/2018 for service. Service Department responded to the customers call and the customer stated he had handled. Customer contacted us again on 10/4/2018 requesting service. Service department contacted him back the same day to get details of situation . Following morning 10/5/2018 service department informed customer that they were in the area that morning and could come by to take care of the spa.
