Hello I’ve sent the etransfer. I do have to say - you asked the type of spa i had - and showed up to tell me that, yes, there is a leak but you can’t find it becasue this type of spa is enclosed. I know that it’s enclosed. You apparently knew was enclosed. But came to tell me “can’t find a leak becasue it’s enclosed. Pay me $170” It seemed a little bit ….. not even sure the word but it’s not a positive one. If you knew that you wouldn’t be able to fix it due to being an enclosed unit , why show up? I can't say enough good things about The Spa Medic. We have had a couple of issues with our hot tub, and John has always been quick to respond, diagnose, and repair the issue. Whether you need service or a refurbished hot tub, make sure you give them a call. I have recommended him to several friends and they agree that he is amazing at what he does.
John and his team provide everything you need for a successful spa move. On time, safe, careful, knowledgeable and at a honest price. Super personable and a perfect job done!
I messaged the Spa Medic in the evening on Monday and he was at my house at lunchtime on Tuesday. Very thorough, diagnosing the problem quickly and doing the repair. I had a few grandkids over that day, so it was a bit chaotic, but John took it in stride. He also gave me some very valuable information about maintenance on our tub. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
