We had Dan out to set up our 15 year old hot tub after it had been drained for the summer. Charged us very reasonably. The unit wouldn't heat. We called Dan back, he came out, diagnosed that is was a heating unit, gave us our options, and didn't charge us. Very professional, competent, honest, friendly. Recommend him highly.
