What a wonderful massage I received today from my masseuse Jack! They was so kind to took me in last minute without a reservation and they was busy. The price was really affordable especially for Phoenixville and the masseuse took their time to understand what I needed to get a good self care day! I totally recommend and also I see that they offer facials by Tina who seems to be a pro so I can’t wait to go try that next!!!!
11/10 service by so many kind employees! The owner Sonya came out to the shop and chatted with us and offered us a complimentary scented candle for the wait! It totally wasn’t needed because we understood they was busy but me and my gf appreciate it!
I had a Signature facial and a Swedish massage. Tina for the facial did great. She wasn't a warm and fuzzy person but her hands were great a little rough but I didn't mind it. I absolutely loved my facial. Mae for the Swedish massage did amazing. She did deep pressure on spot that needed it. She was super sweet and I definitely recommend her. I definitely recommend this place.
The massage itself was okay, but out of three visits I had, none of the sessions lasted the full 60 minutes as advertised. In fact, they didn't even reach 50 minutes.
Have been going for years, facility is clean and nice and Laura does a fantastic job
