From the moment we arrived, the Intercontinental Spa in Toronto made us feel relaxed and pampered. The service was top-notch, the staff were super friendly, and the massage felt so relaxing. We even got complimentary wine, which made it extra special. The pool area was clean and peaceful—perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm and luxurious escape in the city!

Booked a room for 4 people, with 2 queen beds. They tell us 4 adults cannot stay in a room with 2 queen beds, so they want to upcharge us to a room with a king bed and a sofa pull out... I think that pretty much sums it up.
Luni is an excellent masseuse. The Bamboo massage is very relaxing and soothing. I fell asleep (not deeply) during my treatment.
