Booked a room for 4 people, with 2 queen beds. They tell us 4 adults cannot stay in a room with 2 queen beds, so they want to upcharge us to a room with a king bed and a sofa pull out... I think that pretty much sums it up.
Luni is an excellent masseuse. The Bamboo massage is very relaxing and soothing. I fell asleep (not deeply) during my treatment.
Wonderful experience! Terrific atmosphere and lovely staff. RMT massage with Jonivey was one of the best!
I live locally and chose this spa for a mother-daughter spa massage. We booked 80 minute massages and also used the pool, hot tub and steam room. From beginning to end, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. The RMTs went out of their way to make it a pampering experience with little details like bringing us glasses of water after our massages and replacing our wet spa slippers with new ones. My fiancée and I had a massage on a Saturday during our 2 night stay at the hotel. My massage was with Regina and she was excellent. She would check to make sure pressure was ok, definitely helped loosen out tight muscles and overall very friendly. We were greeted upon arrival at the spa area near the pool. Our stay at the hotel along with our time at the spa, made an excellent relaxing weekend.
