I highly recommend using The Spa Guys for any of your maintenance needs. They were quick to get back to me and answered any questions I had. John was the first to come check out my hot tub and was very helpful and communicative. Frank was the one who installed my pack replacement and was very professional and quick with the installation.

This was the first time that I used Spa Guys. I have an older hot tub (30 yrs) and my previous spa person retired. John was exceptional not only in quickly finding the leak and showing me video where it was located but was personal, professional and extremely informative. He even spent the time to go over the products I was using to safely sanitize the spa. I will definitely be using Spa Guys in the future for all my hot tub needs.
