Contacted the Spa Guys as power to the hot tub lost. No urgency in summertime, still a tech (John) visited in a couple days. Lots of good texting communication regarding arrival, vey professional service with lots a friendly smiles. I’ve used previously and very very highly recommend
I was excited to see Spa Guys with their great reviews and be done with the headache of having to move a hot tub 8 miles to new location. Their Website says they charge $475 to $1200 for a 60 mile radius. Frank quoted me in at $2350. No special service just the move with 3 main crew and dolly.
Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend The Spa Guys. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Frank and Franklin were extremely knowledgable and friendly. They were able to diagnose several issues with an old tub and give us a detailed breakdown of our options. We look forward to working with them in the future!
