The Spa Guys provide excellent service. There response time is tremendous (they responded within 24 hours to my online service request) as they keep you informed via text messages concerning the technician’s arrival time. John was very thorough while evaluating the different things that could be causing the heating problem. The availability and use of a technical resource was very helpful as he completed various tests.

Frank is absolutely incredible. Got my spa from being an absolute disaster to where I thought it was going to be trashed to fully operational and looking brand new. Needed a new circuit board and within a week Frank had it installed. Pricing is extremely fair and frank is nothing less than professional. Highly recommend if you need anything done with a pool or spa!
