My cleaners called these folks to my Tannersville rental as they came highly recommended . Their website, calls etc sound super fancy and professional and I was hoping the issue with our 8 year old hot tub would be repaired. What got delivered after troubleshooting a jet pump was a bunch of stupid videos where Frank goes about ranting . 0 quality work , just drove from far , charged 1900 bucks citing an emergency visit ( they actually came 3 days after initial call ) . John saved the day! Thankfully, our hot tub didn’t require a major fix, but John was able to figure out the issue and have it running in no time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. Highly recommend using The Spa Guys!

John from the Spa Guys came out today. Really fantastic service. We have a Hot Springs Hot Spot tub that has given us problems this winter. Originally I was going to the dealer for help but scheduling their repair team was a pain and it would take weeks to get someone. I called The Spa Guys Sunday and John was at my house today. He did a thorough evaluation of my tub.
