I highly recommend “The Spa Guys!” The effort and customer service that was delivered exceeded expectations. The technician was very diligent and knowledgeable. He explained a few things that I didn’t understand. The pictures and video are a fantastic add to the service.

This is a great company. They show you pictures and videos of the work they are doing. Prices are very good. They commit to a time window and do it. You don't even have to be home. They can do it all over the phone. They sent me videos of the repair and when I looked at them they still had the videos repair work they did 2 year ago. So they know your equipment and keep the history. I've been ripped off by spa repair companies in the past and The Spa Guys are true to their word.

It was recommended to me to contact Frank @ spa guys by not only my spa manufacturer but also a competitor of his . Frank is friendly , courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I was afraid he wasn't familiar with my particular spa before contacting him ( I have 110 vlt plug n play type spa ) but he quickly let me know he knew them well .He was able to fit me in his schedule and quickly diagnosed my issue ( pump ) . The guys were great. They came out and fixed the hot tub right up. I would definitely call them again.
