Frank and his son were an awesome duo. From a distance Frank was able to identify the hot tub’s make and model without even looking at the specs. Then he made an educated guess after hearing pump 1 and after a proper diagnosis correctly figured out the problem. Then instead of trying to up-sale me services and parts told me it was a quick DIY project easily done. Highly recommend
I’m very happy with the service that I received today. The Spa Guys came out and corrected the issue with my swim-spa in a timely fashion. The other thing that I appreciated very much was the fact that everything was explained to me and I learned about additional care for the spa after the job was completed. They saw something else while spa was open and fixed that too!
