I received a gift certificate from my husband for our anniversary and indulged in a pedi and a massage. What a wonderful experience. I had never had a pedi before and my feet have never looked or felt so wonderful. The massage was excellent as well. I will definitely be going back.
I have had great experiences with the Spa Downtown in the past, but was recently disappointed when trying to book my Mother's Day package. I called multiple times during work hours and only got the machine- I left a message and nobody responded. After waiting 24 hours I decided to give it another go. When I finally got through to a live person we discussed possible appointment times, which were never confirmed until the following day (the day of appointment). Everyone should have a Hot Stone Massage in their life! Kara is Amazing. 1 hour of Pour relaxation. I am 55. Why didn't I know about this when I was younger? OK Mother's Day is coming. I got this!
I had a facial by, Kristy, I have always been incredibly self conscious about my skin. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but she made me feel like I wasn't the only one with this issue, and that this is something we can fix. I will definitely be going back, I love this place, so warm and welcoming.
