Our spa had recently tripped, and continued to trip the circuit breaker so we knew there was a major issue concerning the spa. We called The Spa Doctor by Jeff who diagnosed the problem within minutes after the side panel of the hot tub was removed. Parts were ordered and within days he returned to replace the heater in a short period of time. The Spa Dr. was courteous, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends who have hot tubs. A+++
