Jeff did a fantastic job on our hot tub repair. He determined a fix for difficult repair and did it professionally and with a sense or urgency.
I bought a used hot tub that worked for about 15 minutes and then stopped, so I was worried I had bought a lemon. I called Jeff, and he came out and thoroughly checked every aspect of the hot tub. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained everything clearly so I could understand it. He ordered the necessary parts and had it up and running before Christmas, which meant my family could enjoy it right away. Jeff truly cares about his customers and does a great job explaining things. I would highly recommend him.
