We received an Irish fiddle concert from Richard, our salesman and that sealed the deal. The purchase process was very simple. We needed a cement slab and had to upgrade the electrical panel on our older home to add the amperage needed to add a spa. They suggested a person to do the cement and another to do the electrical work and they were both easy to work with and do quality work for a reasonable price. As stated in other reviews the staff is super friendly and supportive however be aware of false promises. As I explained to them about the last spa cover that I purchased from them dry routed prematurely, I was hesitant to purchase the same brand of cover. They raved about the 303 product stating that it would extend the life and they would give me gallon of the 303 protectant. I as asked the salesperson to make a note of file about the 303. My husband and I are in the process of landscaping our backyard and a hot tub is something we both want as a focal point. After looking at the valley spa doctor website we finally went in to the showroom in Stockton and met our salesman Gary. He was wonderful, very informative and helpful without being pushy. He and the owner Steve have been great in helping us through planning for the hot tub. Sure, it sounds like a lot, but I can state with 100% confidence that The Spa Doctor has all of this and more which makes it the ONLY place to purchase a spa and/or fireplace.
