I showed up at my appointment 15 minutes early waited till 5 minutes after nobody ever came or unlocked the door or called me to let me know that they were not going to be at the appointment. I also called three times with no answers
Went about a month ago and it was fantastic. Fixing to book again!
My appt was canceled an hour before by text. I called and she said she had an emergency and had to cancel. Ok, I totally get it, things happen. No problem. I rescheduled for the following week. Even had an appt reminder text a couple hours before so i figured the appt was still good to go. I show up and the door was locked. I called multiple times, voice-mail is full and no answer. I sent a text as well as a message on their FB page. No answer. I live almost 40 minutes away and then waited another 20 minutes just in case som... read more
