Been trying to get someone to call me from the QLD office. I've left six messages, no one has called me back. Pathetic
After 10 weeks of waiting for delivery and now that it is due I am informed today that the spa is discontinued and they cant tell me when I will be refunded. What a bunch of crooks. DO NOT order through them! This will be going to Consumer Affairs and the media if need be. EDIT No communication the whole time. Delays even for a refund. From the first call to delivery the Spa Co were a dream to deal with. They went above and beyond and we love our spa 🧖♀️ Absolutely would recommend!
Warning!!! Asked for my deposit back and initially there was no response. Finally had some excuse about their system not responding?? I raised a matter with PayPal and again got misleading messages which caused me to escalate the matter and finally got an outcome in my favour. Brought a spa from Alpine Spa’s and it was shipped interstate within 5 days.
