I'm not sure about the back staff of the spa because I never made it that far but the front of the house has NO clue. After I bought a groupon and they pushed me 4.5 months later for my appointment they call two days prior to inform me that some of my services would not be completed. After I still agreed to keep my appointment (although they changed the time on me twice) I then found out that my reservation for TWO had not been recorded and they only had a reservation for ONE.
