Best Facial Ever! – Once I realized there's no youth in a jar and not quite ready for injections or surgery, I explored the services offered at the Spa at Willow Bend. Connie recommended the Intraceuticals oxygen infusion therapy. First and only facial that produced improvement after the first treatment. To date, I have had three. Best Massage ! – The Spa at Willow Bend is great.....made better by the great massage given by Cathy. She's the best I've had in years !!! I've had multiple surgeries and she really knows how to manipulate muscles to work out the pain. Ditto what Shelley Baggett's review says......well stated. yall did better....way better... – I went back to the spa on Jan. 15...I had spoken with Valaska (she saw previous review below) and had offered a free massage because she was so upset about my prior experience. I had a major cramp in my neck and wanted/needed a massage sooo bad and I remembered her offer and am I glad I did! What a difference! Never again – Worst experience at a spa ever. Great services (and specialist providing services) but horrible, horrible front desk. Absolutely ruined the experience. Rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. Not really a "spa" if you are looking for more than a relaxation room--no whirlpool, sauna, etc. "Spa lunch" was California Pizza Kitchen, marked up 100% and dumped on a plate. Dear Sandi, We are sorry, but we think you have mistaken us for another spa. We tried to look for your visit record, but you do not exist in our system. Furthermore, we do not cater from California Pizza Kitchen. If we do provide food, it is part of a client's package (we do not charge our clients for food), and it is always from Baker Brothers. Spa party – I took 9 employees to The Spa at Willow Bend for a staff appreciation spa day. We did facials, pedicures, and body wraps. Cathy, Connie, Wendy, Marianne, Rosa, Deni, Maria, and Weleska took excellent care of us. We had a great time and will recommend them to everyone we know.

THE BEST PEDI EVER!!!! – I am pregnant and went to this spa for a pedi, not only because I wanted to spruce up my nails but for some relief on my super sore, swollen feet. I had been refered to this place by a friend for its professional service and cleanliness (being pregnant, I wanted to be extra sure of that, of course) and what a pleasant surprise!! disappointing – I'm new to the area, looking for a great mani/pedi place. I researched and read reviews here and after watching the owner's video about their pedicures and manicures and the safely/cleanliness, I was sold. My manicure was done by a nice young guy named Trick (or truck) who unfortunately spoke hardly any English.
