The amenities are outdated, service is underwhelming, food is overpriced and barely bar food level. Microwaved meatballs drier than wood chips. The oldest hot tub you can imagine overflowing with chemical foam, the saunas in the basement give you the creeps and possibly a fungus infection from just being there. What an experience!
I am writing this from my room at this supposedly nice resort. What a joke. The woman at check-in barely smiled, the bartender didn't speak ... the inedible meatballs, ceasar salad, soup and one beer came to $100. Then the "spa"... it is NOT a spa. It is a tiny sauna, an over chemicals hot tub next to a pool filled with screaming kids. Do not come here and think it is a spa. Enjoyed an excellent massage from Nicole. She addressed the problem areas I pointed out and got rid of my knots. She was very warm, friendly and professional. Front desk staff were welcoming and kind.
