I got a Massage, from Ivan he was incredible the best massage I ever had . Beautiful place to spend a day by the Pool very relaxing ,high end.🥰
I wanted to try this spa.. but they automatically add 24% gratuity. If you want to include a tip, then add that to your prices and state it. No way am I letting you decide my TIP (especially 24%). That’s crazy! Pay your employees right and don’t put that on the customer.
Always love my spa day here! Have had multiple massage therapists and they never disappoint. The ambiance is so relaxing and luxurious. Price is comparable to other full spas.
The new pool area is beautiful and relaxing, WELL DONE! The rooms have been remodeled and are clean and nicely decorated. The resort staff were all great and very professional. The resort is currently under construction, that would've been nice to know prior to booking. Because of the construction we did not have full resort access. (A lot of construction work from 6:30am-6pm) The fitness center looks great but was not open due to construction. The lobby and little café opened on the last day and it is beautiful.
