This a review for the HOTEL because I left a negative review and they somehow hid it or reported it. What a bunch of slimy people. I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 and the last time was such a poor experience that I will not be back. It started when the front desk refused to check us in at 4 which is their stated check in time and said that they had “to make sure the room was perfect”. Had an excellent massage at the spa, and there were so many amenities to enjoy before or after. We felt so welcomed and attended to by all the staff. Will definitely be back for another special occasion!
The service was great, everyone was so kind and well-behaved, it’s nice that you see that their staff are enjoying working there and hence can give fabulous service :) We were 10mins late, and they even didn’t let it affect our massage time and extended it time by 10minutes! :) I also loved the complementary Prosecco!
Best not to book a service here in the winter time. They are not accommodating to weather and road conditions and still charge you. All of the luxury hotel spas have 24 cancellation policy but they are accommodating and make exceptions since they want to provide good customer service and ensure repeat visits. I would recommend going to Spa my Blend by Ritz Carleton for a better experience at the same price.
