Had an excellent massage at the spa, and there were so many amenities to enjoy before or after. We felt so welcomed and attended to by all the staff. Will definitely be back for another special occasion!
The service was great, everyone was so kind and well-behaved, it’s nice that you see that their staff are enjoying working there and hence can give fabulous service :) We were 10mins late, and they even didn’t let it affect our massage time and extended it time by 10minutes! :) I also loved the complementary Prosecco!
Best not to book a service here in the winter time. They are not accommodating to weather and road conditions and still charge you. All of the luxury hotel spas have 24 cancellation policy but they are accommodating and make exceptions since they want to provide good customer service and ensure repeat visits. I would recommend going to Spa my Blend by Ritz Carleton for a better experience at the same price.
Facilities were good, staff and service all excellent. I was greeted by many staff from the hotel lobby all the way to the spa reception. However I would not come back for massage. The therapist I had was unfortunately too junior - I’ve been to many hotel spas and the massage I received here was sadly not worth the $400 price tag (60min massage+hst+gratituity). I really enjoy coming here for massages. The only downside is that unlike some other spas (for example, Hotel X), complimentary parking is not included. Very unfortunate. Complimentary parking during the spa stay would really complete the experience and would entice me to come for treatments far more often.
