Shelaine gave me the most relaxing facial. Her personality had a calming effect. Her techniques were luxurious. I especially liked the hot stones on my arms and hands and the scalp massage. She was not pushy about products. She even gifted me an eye treatment in honor of the annual remembrance of Christ's gift on Good Friday. Hope to be able to schedule another spa day with her.
Marsha has healing hands. For the first time in 11 years my knees didn't hurt. I'm going to go back as soon as possible. The spa is awesome!!!❤️💯
Part 1...I have attempted to speak with a manager every day since my visit to the spa last Friday (8/8/23), & unfortunately my attempts have been unsuccessful. After traveling 8 hours my husband & I arrived to the Marriott Shoals around 5pm on Friday. I immediately walked to the spa hoping for an available appointment for a manicure & pedicure to have fresh nails for a wedding we were attending the next day. To say that this was a magical experience doesn't even begin to explain this spa. From the front desk employees to the massage therapist, everything was phenomenal. I will be back and I recommend this place for anyone who needs a temporary pause on life.
