Laura has served us two days in a row. (We had to come back because food and service are exceptional!) Laura is personable, always on time with anything we need, and simply a joy to be around. She understands how to care for guests and to make friends along the way, as well. So glad we discovered the resort and Mallards. We will be back - and soon!
Laura is phenomenal!!!! She goes above and beyond, and it’s such a delight and just an absolute joy!!!! But a wonderful atmosphere delicious food, and fantastic conversation!!!
Karlee is AMAZING!!! she sets a great mood with the temporary location. She is attentive to your needs and very good at releasing tension
Magnificent. It was everything we were looking for while spending days hiking to come back and relax here. It is quiet and tucked in the woods. Beautiful setting. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Enjoyed our stay.
