Incredible experience with a prenatal massage with Regina. I was impressed with the facilities and services offered. It’s rare to find a prenatal massage offered with the lay-flat-belly-pillow so it was exceptionally special for me compared to other prenatal massages I’ve had in the past.
I cannot in good faith recommend the spa. I spent multiple days on different massages and the experience was consistently below average. Factor in the prices and the experience was frankly offensive. Value aside, the facilities are very basic and quite cramped. You cannot take an elevator directly from your room to the spa, you must go to the ground floor and switch elevators to get to the fifth floor. We frequent The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa regularly, and we decided to try the spa at The Post Oak Hotel given all the hype. I wanted to treat my wife to a Mother’s Day facial, but overall the experience was pretty underwhelming for the price point and reputation. The facial itself was fine, and the facialist was very nice, but everything outside of the actual service missed the mark.
