I hate to be this person, but I did book the spa for a luxury experience. This spa was far from that. Garbage piling up in the women’s dressing station. There was a lack of attendants. Too many people inside the quiet room. Some people were talking on their cell phone. The massage felt rushed. Teh Jacuzzi also had way too much chlorine left with eyes burning. I am trying to find something positive about the spa, but I think that I’ve been to too many luxury spas to consider this one even close.

I spent the day at the spa for my birthday and had an amazing experience. The service was top notch. Dareen was such a great assistant and made sure my day went so smoothly. I’ll definitely be back before my next birthday

The director/ manager of the spa was extremely rude, combative, and unprofessional. She seemed more focused on proving herself right than actually listening to the customer, she yelled at me and walked off. Sometimes customers aren’t looking for something free or a refund—they simply want their concerns acknowledged and taken seriously. A simple, “I understand there may have been a mishap,” would have gone a long way. In my opinion, this type of behavior is a liability to the company. This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had, especially from a place with the reputation of Post Oak. What made it worse was how the situation was handled when I tried to express my concerns. I paid for a 50-minute massage and received approximately 40 minutes of actual massage time. Instead of focusing on the actual massage time, the staff based their position on the time I entered and exited the room.
