My experience at the spa at the ivy was 4 stars. Gabriela did an amazing job with my massage, valet was friendly and the front desk receptionist was nice. However after my massage I did feel kind of rushed to finish my glass of champagne before exiting.
I got a Brazilian wax here a few weeks ago and unfortunately would not recommend this salon for it. The regrowth experience has been terrible because the technician did not pull the hair out properly from the root. Instead, the hair was broken off at the surface, leading to painful, prickly stubble and severe ingrown hairs just days after the appointment. It was clear the proper technique wasn't used.
This is the best massage I’ve ever had in a while. My masseuse was excellent. The atmosphere of the spa and all the customer service was exclusive. Thank you all
