Decided to celebrate my first Mother’s Day with a stay and facial treatment at The Ivy. The stay was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. The spa not so much. I’m not sure if it’s because they were busy with a packed schedule due to the holiday or what, but my treatment left much to be desired. Leigh-Anne was wonderful. It was really refreshing to receive a little stretching with my massage. Absolutely loved the heated and weighted blankets she added and the foot add on was lovely. I had the Ivy Spa Lunch retreat for my birthday. The cheese platter and champagne were nice after my massage. I was under the impression we would have robes based on the online pictures and whoever I spoke with while booking but maybe thats hotel guest only. I had a Bergamot Bliss and YES, it was blissful. Marcus was attentive to every detail of my treatment. One of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Two hours of such care melted my pains away and my skin is the softest it has ever been. Thank you!
Marcus is incredible. I have been in so much arthritis pain I didn’t think anything would help. I was wrong! I explained my situation to Marcus and he worked on exactly what I needed, even spots I don’t know I needed. I felt so incredible that night at work (I’m a professional dancer) that I went back the next day for the same treatment with him. My body feels 100% better! Now I just have to figure out a way to get to Baltimore more often. The pricing is high but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. Twice!
I was pleasantly greeted by the Valets Ce-Ce and Henry and received both a Wonderful massage and thorough facial. Great customer service all around. Both Leigh -Anne and Eve did a phenomenal job. And the tea time served by Mary was a special touch to such a relaxing afternoon. Thank you all for making my Birthday extra special!
