Had a great experience at the Spa at the Ivy - the staff are friendly, the spa is clean and comfortable, and my massage and facial were excellent. It was a very luxurious experience.
The BEST!!! I had a thoroughly wonderful experience!! Trenise was my masseuse and was absolutely wonderful! My massage 60 minutes, was done to the right pressure, and my lymphatic facial was soooo good! I came home and felt the most relaxed I have in a few months! Will definitely be going back for a longer session!
Damany was quite professional, personable, and attentive. my grandchildren gift me this experience every year as a Christmas present and I always request Damany.
My experience at the spa at the ivy was 4 stars. Gabriela did an amazing job with my massage, valet was friendly and the front desk receptionist was nice. However after my massage I did feel kind of rushed to finish my glass of champagne before exiting.
