I am a retired CMT and the grateful recipient of a one-hour deep tissue session from Jennifer. From the moment I stepped into the intimate spa waiting room until the time I floated back to my room, every minute of my experience was calming and healing. I hope to return! Thank you, Jennifer!
The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to spoil you. I had the most relaxing day at the spa and then enjoyed the afternoon tea - felt like a princess!!
The hotel itself is beautiful and front desk staff are always so warm and welcoming. However, the spa and valet staff severally lack attentiveness. From rushing into my spa appointment because no one from valet was outside, then having to call the hotel and ask for valet to come out after waiting several minutes, only to get to the spa to learn my appointment changed and they didn’t even notify in advance (otherwise I would’ve happily rescheduled). I had an amazing experience at The Spa at The Ivy! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The massage experience was absolutely AMAZING! A great way to celebrate my birthday. I feel so relaxed and recharged. Already booked another appointment. If you’re looking for a good spa in Baltimore…check them out. You won’t be disappointed!
