This was my first time at The Ivy. I went for an hour foot massage using a gift certificate from my kids. The place was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. My massage therapist (Leigh Ann) could not have been better. My only complaint is that I think the services are overpriced.
I really wanted to love this place, especially since it was meant to be a birthday spa day with a friend. I’m honestly surprised it has a 4.9 rating, as my experience didn’t quite reflect that. From the start, the booking process felt a bit outdated: emailing back and forth to inquire about packages, add-ons, then having to call to give my card information over the phone, and full payment required prior to the appointment. I’m a reoccurring visitor but it was my first time with Damany (I normally opt in for women therapists). He was incredible and professional and made me feel at peace. It was an incredible massage and he took great care. Can’t wait to book with him again
Amazing first facial. Very relaxing Lauryn was great she answered my questions and told me everything she was about to do something and what she would be using on to make sure I was comfortable. Wonderful experience will be back again!! I left feeling great!
My experience at the Ivy Spa was amazing. Each staff member I encountered was polite, professional and pleasant. They coordinated with one another to allow for a seamless transition from my vehicle to the massage table. It’s evident that they prioritize creating a relaxed environment.
