I had a wonderful second massage yesterday with James and because I'm a local I'll be booking regularly. Excellent staff service and the ambience is exceptional. Elizabeth
First massage appointment was postponed a week due to James the masseuse being sick - understandable. Then the hour-long massage that was booked (was a gift) was only 30 mins due to an error on the hotel’s part, which then we had to show them that we paid for the hour. Service and massage was great, but postponed a week and then massage went from 60 to 30 mins which was upsetting. James was great though. Not his fault. Very good masseuse (from the 30 mins that we got).
Space was warm and relaxing. My LMT, James Parisi, exudes a very nurturing + calming presence. Everything about the experience is very thoughtfully curated and executed. I have never felt so comfortable during a session. I will be back! (:
Most amazing deep tissue massage I received . Brook was so tentative to my needs and I left relaxed and feeling so much better.
