Relaxing Beautiful spa setting!
Gladys was fabulous and I give her 5 stars. She was lovely and did a fabulous job. However, like all of the other reviews, this is not a 5 star spa experience. Updates are needed badly. The amenities are small and old as well as the showers and getting ready area, they don’t provide good quality products to use either so be sure to bring pretty much all your own toiletries. I purchased a spa package through Travelzoo and had a wonderful experience at The Spa at The Crescent. The package included a 50-minute service of my choice (massage or facial), validated parking, and full access to the spa and fitness center amenities. I chose the massage and was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. The spa is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. I booked this for a birthday spa day and the experience was honestly confusing and disappointing. First, I wasn’t told ahead of time that the spa is separated into male and female areas. That completely changed the experience since the whole point was to spend time together. Second, the pricing was very unclear and inconsistent between ResortPass and the spa itself.
