I purchased a spa package through Travelzoo and had a wonderful experience at The Spa at The Crescent. The package included a 50-minute service of my choice (massage or facial), validated parking, and full access to the spa and fitness center amenities. I booked this for a birthday spa day and the experience was honestly confusing and disappointing. First, I wasn’t told ahead of time that the spa is separated into male and female areas. That completely changed the experience since the whole point was to spend time together. Second, the pricing was very unclear and inconsistent between ResortPass and the spa itself. I recently visited The Spa at The Crescent to celebrate my birthday on January 6, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations associated with your establishment or the services my husband paid for. Upon arrival, I informed the front desk associate that although my husband had booked a deep tissue massage and a facial, I did not want a deep tissue massage and would not be receiving the facial due to very sensitive skin.
