My experience was awful. I went there for my girlfriend‘s pre-wedding. There were three of us. They took two girls immediately to the locker room. I had never been there before I was put in a different elevator to go upstairs I waited 15 minutes in the lounge while my friends came up in the robes, waiting for their massages and facials, and I was still sitting there waiting in the room for my facial, the girl came out and said I’m ready for you. I had the most amazing massage!! My Masseuse was Juju I believe and she was so kind and sweet. I had the best experience and also enjoyed all the amenities. All the staff and valet were so professional and attentive. I will definitely be coming back
