From start to finish wonderful thoughtful staff, beautiful facility. I loved the heated loungers in the sauna area. My only recommendation would be to have the option of spa towels that have the Velcro band to make life a bit easier.
My wife and I have visited several High End spa facilities, The Alfond Inn Spa is by far the best experience for a massage!!
