EDIT: The spa manager reached out to us immediately after our visit. They were professional, kind, and took our concerns seriously, offering a thoughtful resolution. We really appreciated how quickly and sincerely they handled the situation. My wife and I were really looking forward to a relaxing spa day, but the experience ended up being pretty disappointing. We were told in advance that the men's whirlpool would be unfinished, which we appreciated them being upfront about. However, we were not told that construction would be actively going on during our visit. The tools being used were extremely loud and echoed throughout the space, even into the massage rooms, making it difficult to fully relax. I had the Elemis Pro facial with Jamie and it was amazing! One of the best facials I ever had, I loved the oxygen and cryo infusion. The amenities are awesome too! I enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and waterfall showers (which had an incredible view from the 14th floor). My husband and I shared the shrimp fried rice. Yum!
I had an odd experience at the Talking Stick Spa. I went with two other people, and we all booked the same full body massage. However, my masseuse told me she could only work on two areas and that it wasn’t a full body service. I agreed, not realizing in the moment that it was supposed to be a full body massage—especially since the others with me received exactly that. Came here a couple weeks ago and I got a massage and a gel pedicure it was literally heaven 😭 everyone was so nice. I also had an açaí bowl and IT WAS ACTUALLY GOOD
