It was ok for the most part. Giving 3 stars for the couples massage. I’ve been going to masseuses for over 30 years. Was really looking forward to a couples massage. It cost more than had we booked individually. All I really wanted was for her to work on my lower back. That has NEVER been an issue ever. It’s NOT my butt, it’s my back, just to be clear. I recently went and paid 600 dollars (after the 20% auto gratuity and 14 dollar service fees) for the spa couples treatment for my girlfriend and I. The issue was not the staff, it was the fault of whoever is in charge of scheduling construction. Similar to other reviews, we were told that the men's whirlpool was not in use and having renovations done to it, which is fine but doing the extremely loud renovations while we are trying to have a luxurious and calming spa experience is unacceptable. I’m really disappointed with the spa I went in to get a message and it was not cheap and I had my preferences written on my sheet and told my person giving me the message that I wanted light pressure multiple times and nothing and the next day I am in so much pain because he did not listen to my request you would think if your paying $250 for a service that they would at least listen to what you want done. Very disappointing
