Outstanding as always!
Friendly staff but extremely poor communication. Facial appointment was canceled due to cosmetologist being sick. I understand this happens but they tried calling the wrong number so I showed up on a freezing cold day to find out. They couldn’t offer any other services because they were booked. They were given the correct phone number so that’s no excuse and the fact that cell service here is awful they should have tried to communicate through email. They also need to have a few more directional signs to their location.
